Attendees will learn how to use their needs assessment data to intentionally design activities to help students develop and master targeted knowledge and skills. Attendees will also discover why using student-centered learning methods, positive youth development and 21st centurey skills are critical to engaging and empowering student in their own learning.

This showcase will focus on intentional student recruitment and continuous program improvement. Attendees will explore why it is important to recruit targeted students, and learn how to create enrollment criteria that connect to their program needs assessment data and SMART goals. Attendees will learn about the continuous assessment, reflection and program improvement. Participants will receive tools to help them create intentional recruitment plans and continuous improvement process plans.
